* Once you have confirmed your order, it cannot be cancelled
* If you refuse to accept the parcel and we get a return parcel, we have the right to upload your details on our page as a “fraud/fake customer” This is done to discourage fake orders. Refusal at doorstep will result in Auto Black List and particular customer will not be able to place order again unless they clear the delivery charges we had to pay the courier company for their parcel that they returned.
