* Refund and Return/Exchange policies are only applicable if customer received parcel with any Missing or Damaged product.
* A video of opening the parcel is required to process a refund or exchange. Please ensure opening the seal of flyer is visible in the video.
* In case of a refund, we will only refund amount for the product, delivery charges or bank charges will not be refunded.
* Any issue needs to be informed within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and the product has to be returned within 3 days.
* Returns are only acceptable if customer did not open the product, there will be no Return or Refund for products that are used, tested or opened.
* If a customer requests a refund and needs to return the parcel, they will be responsible for sending the product back and bearing the delivery charges.
* Customer will bear all the delivery charges in the entire process of Exchange/Replacements
